Official Rules
Raffle Period
Ticket sales begin on December 17, 2025 and end on December 24, 2025 at 4:00pm.
How to Enter
Enter online by completing the ticket purchase form on the raffle page.
Eligibility
Open to individuals 18 years or older who are physically present in Maine at the time of purchase. Maine residency is not required. Participants must allow geolocation on their mobile device or have their IP address verified to confirm they are physically located in Maine at the time of purchase. Use of VPNs is prohibited, and non-compliant entries will be refunded. Employees of Gun Owners of Maine and their immediate family members are ineligible.
Limit
No limit on the number of entries per person, provided each complies with eligibility requirements.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 business days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prizes
- $1,000 Gift Certificate (Approximate Retail Value: $1,000.00)
Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for raffle administration and will not be shared, except as required by law. Geolocation or IP data is used only to verify physical presence in Maine at the time of purchase.
Arbitration
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Maine, in accordance with Maine law.
Releases
By participating, entrants release Gun Owners of Maine and its affiliates from liability related to the raffle, except where prohibited by law.
Other
Raffle is void outside Maine and where prohibited. Only debit card payments are accepted for online purchases. Non-compliant entries (e.g., VPN use) will be refunded and disqualified.
