Sled Hermon Winner's Choice Raffle

Ticket sales begin on July 1, 2026 and ends once 400 tickets are sold.

Enter online by completing the ticket purchase form on the raffle page, or in person at the point of sale.

Open to individuals 18 years or older who are physically present in Maine at the time of purchase. Maine residency is not required. Participants must allow geolocation on their mobile device or have their IP address verified to confirm they are physically located in Maine at the time of purchase. Use of VPNs is prohibited, and non-compliant entries will be refunded. Employees of Penobscot Snowmobile Club and their immediate family members are ineligible.

No limit on the number of entries per person, provided each complies with eligibility requirements.

Winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 business days of the drawing. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of drawing. Any unclaimed prize on Monday January 18th 2027 at 2:00 PM will constitute forfeiture and be transferred to the Penobscot Snowmobile Club as a donation.

Personal information collected will be used solely for raffle administration and will not be shared, except as required by law. Geolocation or IP data is used only to verify physical presence in Maine at the time of purchase.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Maine, in accordance with Maine law.

By participating, entrants release Penobscot Snowmobile Club and its affiliates from liability related to the raffle, except where prohibited by law.

Raffle is void outside Maine and where prohibited. Only debit card payments are accepted for online purchases. Non-compliant entries (e.g., VPN use) will be refunded and disqualified. The prize winner understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the prize the winner is receiving is a prize and will hereby release and discharge the Penobscot Snowmobile Club and any additional sponsors, their employees, agents, officers, directors and legal representation representatives and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from or caused by the award of such prize, including, but not limited to the payment of any and all taxes that are due. Penobscot Snowmobile Club and its board of directors, and its agents assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, ineligible or entries without payment which will be deemed invalid and disqualified. It will be the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to provide a correct phone number and the correct mailing address. The decisions and rules of the Penobscot Snowmobile Club are final on all matters concerning the raffle. A copy of these rules will be posted on our Facebook page and also can be requested by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Penobscot Snowmobile Club 2150 Ohio Street Bangor ME 04401 requesting a copy of the rules.
