Raffle Period
Ticket sales begin on February 27, 2026 and end on March 5, 2026 at 5:00pm.
How to Enter
Enter online by visiting https://dash.maineraffle.com/raffle/the-brooks-bakery-llc-the-bruce-family-fundraiser and completing the ticket purchase form.
Eligibility
Open to individuals 18 years or older, physically present in Maine at the time of purchase. Participants must allow geolocation on their mobile device or have their IP address verified to confirm Maine residency. Use of VPNs is prohibited, and non-compliant entries will be refunded. Employees of The Brooks' Bakery, Llc and their immediate family members are ineligible.
Limit
No limit on the number of entries per person, provided each complies with eligibility requirements.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 business days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Arbitration
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Maine, in accordance with Maine law.

By participating, entrants release The Brooks' Bakery, Llc and its affiliates from liability related to the raffle, except where prohibited by law.

Raffle is void outside Maine and where prohibited. Only debit card payments are accepted for online purchases. Non-compliant entries (e.g., VPN use) will be refunded and disqualified.
